Movn Health is a virtual cardiac rehab program that provides personalized and cost-effective care to patients recently affected by cardiac arrest or heart surgery. I worked along side 1 other designer to simplify the care manager experience by introducing an all-in-one communication platform that eliminated redundant workflows and enabled care managers to deliver better care.
